New Jersey Civic Information Consortium welcomes Lindsay McNamara as Development Associate

08/28/2024 – The New Jersey Civic Information Consortium is pleased to announce that Lindsay McNamara has joined the organization as its first Development Associate. Lindsay brings a wealth of experience in development and fundraising, with a proven track record of successfully driving initiatives that support community-focused missions.

With a background in development and fundraising, Lindsay will be responsible for spearheading the Consortium’s fundraising for the Press Forward New Jersey chapter. Her expertise will be instrumental in advancing the Consortium’s goals of strengthening local journalism and ensuring that residents across the Garden State have access to vital news and information.

“We are thrilled to welcome Lindsay to our team,” said Chris Daggett, Board Chair and Interim Executive Director of the Consortium. “Her passion for New Jersey, development, and her extensive background in fundraising make her the perfect fit for our organization. We are confident that Lindsay will play a crucial role in propelling our fundraising efforts and advancing the Consortium’s mission.”

The Development Associate position is important for the Consortium as it seeks to expand its impact and support for local journalism projects. Press Forward New Jersey is a key initiative aimed at bolstering the state’s media ecosystem by providing robust funding and resources to innovative news and information projects.
