
Jerome serves as Director of Communications, Marketing, and Outreach for New Jersey Citizen Action (NJCA), a statewide coalition and grassroots organization that fights for social, racial, and economic justice for all. He drives advocacy campaigns for greater healthcare affordability and access, stronger consumer protections, and workplace justice at both the federal and state level. He also oversees marketing outreach and community engagement for service programs that include healthcare enrollment, fair housing, loan counseling, and free tax preparation.
Jerome began at NJCA as Business Representative for the New Jersey Main Street Alliance, part of a nationwide coalition of 30,000 small business owners organizing to reclaim economic and political power for local communities. Prior to that he was a job coach and program coordinator for Easter Seals New Jersey, and Alternatives, Inc., connecting people with disabilities with the world of work.
Jerome worked as a journalist for the Press of Atlantic City and the Bridgeton Evening News, as well as a Senior Accounts Executive for MikeWorldWide. He is a Democratic county committee person for Lawrence Township.
