For the Love of Local News: Media Project Summit
In a first annual all-day conference on February 12, 2025, the New Jersey Civic Information Consortium will bring together supporters and advocates of quality local news and information: a broad stakeholder coalition of grantees, funders, partners, residents, universities, journalists, lawmakers, community groups, and other leaders to discuss building and sustaining New Jersey’s media ecosystem.
We will review progress, share learning, and workshop new ideas for continuing to build a more functional, resilient, and inclusive information space for all residents of the Garden State, both online and IRL. The 2025 Media Project Summit will be hosted in person at The College of New Jersey on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
If you are interested in speaking or pitching a panel, workshop, or other session, let us know by using the form linked here! We should be in contact about your idea by the end of 2024.
